Welcome to Cardinal Kids Learning Center

We are a non-profit center providing safe, affordable, high quality, and reliable child care, for all young children in Randolph, NE and the surrounding area.

  • The program promotes positive relationships among all children and adults to encourage each child’s sense of individual worth and belonging as part of a community and to foster each child’s ability to contribute as a responsible community member.

  • The program promotes interactions between the children and staff based on developmentally, culturally and linguistically appropriate practices inclusive of all areas of child development: social-emotional; cognitive; physical; communication; and self-help skills.

  • The program promotes the nutrition and health of children and protects children and staff from illness and injury.

  • The program employs and supports a teaching staff that has the educational qualifications, knowledge, and professional commitment necessary to promote a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Staff will promote each child’s positive self-image, independence, learning and development while supporting families’ diverse needs and interests.
