We are a non-profit center providing safe, affordable, high quality, and reliable child care, for all young children in Randolph, NE and the surrounding area.
The program promotes positive relationships among all children and adults to encourage each child’s sense of individual worth and belonging as part of a community and to foster each child’s ability to contribute as a responsible community member.
The program promotes interactions between the children and staff based on developmentally, culturally and linguistically appropriate practices inclusive of all areas of child development: social-emotional; cognitive; physical; communication; and self-help skills.
The program promotes the nutrition and health of children and protects children and staff from illness and injury.
The program employs and supports a teaching staff that has the educational qualifications, knowledge, and professional commitment necessary to promote a safe and nurturing environment.
Staff will promote each child’s positive self-image, independence, learning and development while supporting families’ diverse needs and interests.
